Good Morning Son- Festival du Cinéma Israélien de Paris
Good morning son
Every morning, a father, David taks to his son besides him in a room of an hospital.
Plunged in a coma after a military operations which turned badly, Omri is watched day and night by his father, then his mother and sister.
The father stays besides him most of the time. Here the war zone is the bedroom.
The constant closed place strengthens the feeling of powerlessness and confinement of an inextricable situation as it is for the country.
Sharon Bar-Zi , who plays the father, also director of this movie, and Keren Mor, in the mother, are extraordinary.
The movie is moving, full of hope and is my favorite so far.
