Sometimes, I don’t understand the success of a movie. It has been so when I saw “Synonymes”, Ours d’Or in Berlin, directed by Nadav Lapid.
Despite the beautiful performance of Tom Mercier, and some nice shots, I didn’t get into a movie full of cliché, and pompous dialogue. I was bored.
